Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and manage posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor page engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online community interactions.
  • Ensure brand tone, visual identity, and messaging are consistent across all platforms.
  • Develop creative and visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels, infographics, and captions).
  • Work with internal teams, photographers, or videographers for content production.
  • Write clear, engaging captions and taglines that align with campaign objectives.
  • Create exposure for branding awareness and product.
  • Stay updated with current trends, social media algorithms, and viral content opportunities.
  • Assist in planning digital marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Support advertising initiatives such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads (if applicable).
  • Coordinate with Sales and Leasing teams for promotional materials and marketing collaterals.
  • Track and analyze social media performance (reach, engagement, followers, conversion).
  • Prepare monthly reports and suggest improvements based on analytics.
  • Monitor competitors' online activities and identify opportunities for brand growth.
  • Ensure marketing visuals and materials align with corporate identity guidelines.
  • Support the execution of offline marketing activities (roadshows, exhibitions, events) when needed.
  • Assist in updating website or digital listings for projects and campaigns.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Advertising, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in the property, retail, or lifestyle industry is an advantage.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Basic design and video-editing skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Pro preferred).
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Strong writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple campaigns.
