We're looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Executive to join our team at Karamunsing Mall. You'll play an important role in shaping the mall's image and marketing activities — from designing visuals and managing social media, to assisting in events and supporting tenants' promotional needs. If you're energetic, creative, and have a good sense of design and aesthetics, this role offers great exposure to both retail marketing and brand development.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and support mall marketing campaigns, events, and festive promotions.
  • Create graphic designs and marketing materials such as posters, banners, and social media visuals.
  • Develop engaging content (captions, posts, short videos) for digital and in-mall platforms.
  • Manage the mall's social media pages — plan posts, monitor performance, and maintain brand tone.
  • Coordinate with vendors, performers, and media for event setups and coverage.
  • Work closely with tenants to promote their shops, products, and special offers.
  • Assist new tenants with launch promotions and opening exposure.
  • Maintain consistent mall branding and ensure all materials meet visual standards.
  • Support photography, videography, and simple editing tasks for campaigns or tenant highlights.
  • Assist in marketing reports, campaign recaps, and content calendars.

Requirements

  • Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong creative sense and good aesthetic judgment
  • Passionate, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine care and attentiveness when working with tenants and colleagues.
