Responsibilities:

Digital & Social Media Marketing:

  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages on social media.
  • Collaborate with influencers and local bloggers to promote the salon and restaurant.
  • Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative marketing strategies.

Promotions & Advertising:

  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns for special events, seasonal offers, and new services/menu items.
  • Design flyers, posters, and digital ads using Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Manage loyalty programs, gift card promotions, and referral incentives.

Event Planning & Public Relations:

  • Coordinate photoshoots and video content for marketing materials.
  • Build relationships with local media and community influencers to boost brand awareness.

General Administration:

  • Update websites with new services, promotions, and menu items.
  • Handle budget tracking for marketing expenses.
  • Complete assigned tasks from supervisor.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools especially XHS.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Passion for food, beauty, and customer engagement.
