Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services.

  • Design engaging marketing materials (e.g., social media graphics, brochures, banners, email templates, and presentations) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).

  • Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and engaging content.

  • Assist in content creation for blogs, newsletters, and website updates.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.

  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.

  • Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, or trade shows.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing with hands-on design experience.

  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email marketing).

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
