THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a qualification of Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or relevant
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in property/housing/banking sector or related field is required.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive outlook and highly motivated
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin/Hakka and BM Language is an advantage
  • Ability to commence work in short notice would be an advantage
  • Possess valid driving license and own transport
  • Two (2) Full Time Position is available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To act daily on sales enquiries, including calls/email and walk-in customers by providing relevant information about company's project
  • To achieve and maximize sales for company's project
  • Provide follow up and value added service to new and existing customer
  • To proactively liaise with bankers/lawyers/government institutions on behalf of clients' loan application status, loan drawdown, legal matters and any other related matters
  • To handle sales documentation such as Sales and Purchase Agreement & Loan Agreement
  • To contribute to the Marketing and Planning of the company's launches, events, roadshows and exhibition by actively participating in group discussions, provide constructive and creative ideas and continual feedback on current strategies
  • To bring customers to site visit
  • To manage sales & marketing posting in the social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
  • To carry out ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Management
  • Team player and able to work under minimum supervision
