Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Study competitors and prepare reports to stay ahead.
  • Work with creative teams, scale modelers, and CGI experts to produce marketing materials like brochures, flyers, banners, and billboards.
  • Manage project websites and social media accounts to keep them fresh and engaging.
  • Work with sales advisor & assisting in creating sales videos and scripts.
  • Track the marketing budget and compare vendor quotes for cost efficiency.
  • Organize and run exciting events like sales launches, roadshows, and exhibitions.
  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers, solicitors, and bankers, and ensure all licenses (APDL) are up to date.
  • Ensure internal and external teams work together to meet deadlines.
  • Support the team with any additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
  • Skills in creating presentations and organizing information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of property marketing and market trends.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • A team player who is willing to travel when needed.
  • Based In Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Office.
