- Basic Salary **RM3,000 - RM4,000 **(Depending on experience)

Our client, a reputable **Property Investment and Management Company** as well as the largest room rental platform in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate **Project Site Supervisor** to join their team. As part of the company, you will work with their renovation team on oversee all aspects of company's renovation projects from its inception to completion.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Monitor and supervise roll on site works and any other interior design related activities
- Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site
- To ensure delivered material are of specified requirements
- Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements
- Minimise material and manpower wastage
- Handle labour and supplier disputes

**_Additional Information/ Requirement: _**
- Possess 2-3 years of working experience in site managing and supervising
- Able to organise sub contractors works according to time frame
- Able to read interior, architecture and structural drawings
- Able to communicate closely with team designer and work independently
- Possess own transport with valid driving license **(Company provide transport allowance & mileage claim)**:

- Self-motivated and a team player
