Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily site operations to ensure that construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. This role involves supervising workers, monitoring progress, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management

  • Supervise and coordinate daily work activities on site.
  • Ensure all works are carried out according to plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues to the Project Manager.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to standards.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Arrange daily tasks and allocate manpower according to project needs.
  • Attend site meetings and provide updates regarding site progress and challenges.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all workers comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure proper use of PPE.
  • Identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions immediately.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily site reports, including work progress, manpower, and materials used.
  • Verify delivery orders, material usage, and site inventory.
  • Assist in preparing site documentation required for inspections and audits.

Problem-Solving

  • Resolve site issues and technical problems promptly.
  • Work closely with engineers and consultants to ensure proper execution of works.
  • Provide guidance and instructions to workers when needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Construction or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
  • Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and site coordination.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage workers.
  • Able to read drawings and interpret technical specifications.
  • Willing to work at project sites and perform overtime when required.

Working hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Monday - Saturday)

HQ located at Petaling Jaya

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,700.00 per month
