Position: Finance Manager

Location: Bandar Manjalara, Kepong, KL

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and ensure financial stability.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings, audit processes, and financial reporting standards.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to optimize company performance.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, providing insights to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- Establish internal controls and financial policies to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and financial institutions on financial matters.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Manage and lead the finance team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Support project costing, pricing strategies, and financial planning for interior design projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA are preferred.
- Membership with the **Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)** is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and taxation laws in Malaysia.
- Experience in the interior design, construction, or consultancy industry is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

**Remuneration Package**:

- Basic Salary: RM10,000 - RM13,000
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions
- Performance-based bonus
- Allowances provided
- **Working Days**: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- **Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
