Company Background: Over than 40 years Food manufacturing in Johor Bahru
- Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Terbau 4, 81100
- Working hours: Normal working hours (Mon-Fri, alternate Sat for OT with OT claim)
- Salary package: Basic +attendance + KPI + OT Claim + bonus
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Management Policy, and relevant systems and documentation related to ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and Food Safety Standards.
- Monitor and maintain the company's document control system.
- Ensure that manufacturing processes and procedures comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee compliance with daily quality control (QC) checks in the central kitchen.
- Manage the calibration of measuring equipment by maintaining the master calibration list.
- Participate as a Quality Reviewer in Root Cause Analysis for investigations.
- Assist with product complaint investigations.
- Provide support to production and purchasing teams.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the Food & Beverage industry for QC roles.
- Must be able to work on alternate Saturdays for a half-day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
