BE A BRAND AMBASSADOR
Live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a wholesome way through everyday interactions whether online or offline.
- Work with our digital marketers to reach university students and spread awareness about MyLaksa
- Grow our user base by inviting potential customers to sign up with our Makan Club loyalty program
- Manage free samplings and gather intel from consumers, and competently answer questions about the brand
- Create a strong network, establishing and maintaining relationships with key local individuals (influencers, celebrities, etc).
- Contribute to develop engaging content (videos/graphics/motion) for all MyLaksa platforms, consisting of but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and so on.
- Drive the brand engagement on your Social Media handles via authentic content.

BE A SALES and MARKETING EXPERT
Build relationships and ensure that MyLaksa outlets have good visibility and the marketing potential to achieve more sales.
- Survey the market to ensure that our outlet promotions are priced competitively.
- Keep track of campaign POSM displays in all outlets and communicate with the outlet staff for POSM placement that would garner maximum exposure.
- Brainstorm, share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face and online interaction.
- Create marketing decks for a presentation that best portray your ideas for the top management.
- Plan and report your activities to your manager in a timely manner and with accuracy.
- Show your marketer skills in market research and understanding by providing local insights, trends and overall opportunities.

**; Requirements**: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
