**About the role**

Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

The Marketing Specialist role sits mainly within GIFTA to support the sales, marketing and merchant teams.

We’re looking for someone who is not only highly efficient, but is also creative and passionate about bringing joy to our users’ lives.

It is imperative that you have a strong understanding and ability to plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to contribute to the business growth.

GIFTA opts for a brand-centric approach (we adore our cute little Blobby characters and fun colours), so you will also need to have a good eye for design with the ability to design marketing collateral and content such as EDMs, social media posts, information packs.

**What You’ll Do**
- Copywriting and blog content writing.
- Work within the Marketing team to develop, plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Support the Sales team in developing and implementing marketing strategies to acquire and nurture new and existing corporate customers.
- Support the Merchant team in acquiring, onboarding and nurturing new and existing partnered merchants.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Merchant, Product & Tech teams to continually improve their processes and systems and provide support as needed.
- Work within the GIFTA team, while supporting the NEOTEQ team with marketing for internal and external global clientele as needed.

**What You’ll Have**
- Exceptional English communication skills-both written and verbal
- Proven experience in Marketing (ideally minimum of 2 years)
- Strong design skills and proficient in Canva (or similar design tools)
- Well-versed in all main social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn
- Understanding and experience with paid advertising (Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads)
