We're looking for an professional Information Technology Executive or aspiring to be Required for our Information Technology Department. He/ She will be working with another two IT expert colleagues.

DUTIES

The Service Manager is responsible for the day to day operation, management and overall performance of the outlet/section appointed to. As such he/she will be directly involved in the day to day running of the outlet in connection with staffing, customer services and product quality. Delegation of duties and responsibilities to his/her assistant is necessary to ensure the proper functioning of all phases of F&B service in the areas under control. He/she is to implement all standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to be in line with hotel standards and policies.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Physically fit, neat and well-groomed
Proficient in oral and written English, additional language an advantage
Confident, tactful, sensitive to guest and employee needs, service oriented, team player, flexible
Has effective managerial and leadership skills, and well organized.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar capacity in a 5* hotel or in a stand alone restaurant
Customer and revenue driven; has high attention to detail
Has basic food hygiene knowledge
Creative; can think out-of-the box
Due to Local Immigration policies, only Malaysian
