About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Servicing Crew to join our team at D'BACCO sdn bhd' in Kota Kinabalu Sabah. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for our customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
  2. Preparing and serving beverages and food items to customers
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation
  4. Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies
  5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
  6. Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  7. Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and seamless operations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a bar or beverage-related environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
  4. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
  5. Flexible and adaptable to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment
  6. Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service protocols
