1. Responsible for the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical wiring systems, air-conditional system, firefighting system as well as other building services.

2. Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, SYABAS, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.

3. Monitoring total facility maintenance of the factory including civil and electricity.

4. Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption of the factory as well as initiating preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.

5. Attend to all power and machine failure/short /trip and rectify accordingly.

6. Ensure new installations and maintenance are safe, correct and legal.

7. Create a contingency plan for major faults and temporary usage for electrical.

8. Conduct periodic inspection and maintenance of Air System, Air Conditioning System and Fire Fighting system.

9. Supervise the work of Facility Team and Contractors and ensure compliance with safety regulations while carrying out their duties.

10. Other related duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have a certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga BO — 11kv/33kV.
- Good command in both Bahasa Malaysia and English and well communication skill with every level of management.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
