**The Mission You Will Take on - What You Will Do**
- Fully support HRBP (C&B) to ensure monthly task run smoothly
- Assist and check employee attendance for accurate submission for payroll
- Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, etc.) and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork
- Prepare and issue monthly project invoices and account receivables
- Handle daily office administration
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to HR and Administrations

**What you will bring**
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any related fields
- Possess high level of integrity, initiative, commitment and sense of urgency
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly.
- Excellent administrative, organizational and problem solving skills
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Age Requirement 22 to 28 years old

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
