**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases accurately
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of new join documents
- Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance, leave, and overtime records
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Support HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR related reports, letters, and documents as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
