**Join Our Team as an HR Executive**

We’re seeking an **HR Executive** to drive HR initiatives, enhance employee experiences, and align our HR practices with organizational goals. **About the Role**
As an **HR Executive**, you will:

- Develop and implement performance management systems to support company objectives.
- Assess training needs, design programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Foster employee engagement and retention through team-building activities and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia labor laws and continuously improve HR policies.
- Collaborate on employer branding efforts to align workplace culture with external messaging.

This role reports to the **HR Manager** and plays a key part in shaping our company culture and driving employee satisfaction.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate performance reviews and assist managers with setting objectives and improvement plans.
- Organize training sessions, track participation, and maintain employee development records.
- Mediate conflicts, resolve employee relations issues, and maintain accurate records.
- Administer benefits programs and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan engagement activities and communicate effectively through newsletters and updates.
- Regularly review and revise HR policies to ensure compliance and alignment with company goals.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.**:

- **1-3 years** of HR experience, preferably with a focus on performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in designing performance systems, managing recruitment, and delivering training.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
