**Job Title: HR Executive (Recruitment / Employee Relation)**

**Department : Human Resources**

**Location : Sunway Resort Hotel (Bandar Sunway)**

**Reports to : HR Manager**

**Job Summary**:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department within Resorts and Hotels with various administrative and strategic tasks. This role is to lead recruitment, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, and other HR functions to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department and the organization as a whole.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation programs, paperwork, and training.

**Employee Relations**:

- Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and disputes, and participate in employee counseling sessions.

**HR Administration**:

- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage and update the HR database and documentation.

**Benefits and Compensation**:

- Support in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Assist in conducting salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive compensation packages.

**Compliance**:

- Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance.
- Assist in preparing and filing government reports related to HR matters.

**Performance Management**:

- Support the performance appraisal process, including data collection and analysis.
- Assist in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.

**HR Projects**:

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement surveys, and HR technology implementations.

**Requirement or Qualifications**:

- **Immediate Starter is an advantage.**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Or Bachelor’s of Law (LLB).**:

- **2-4 years of HR experience, with a focus on HR administration and employee relations.**:

- **5 Stars Luxury Resort and Hotel Background preferred (not mandatory).**:

- **Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations.**:

- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills.**:

- **Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.**:

- **Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.**:

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus.
