Human Resources Executive

Job Responsibility
- To prepare Companyâs Handbook.
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities inclusing computing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, claims, payroll deduction, advance payments and others.
- Maintaining employeeâs personal files & update employeesâ information timely
- Handle HR administrative matters. (Eg: Appoinment Letter, Memo, Evaluation Form, Disciplinary Letter, Show Cause Letter, Warning Letter, Performance Improvement Plan, Termination Letter)
- Manage the KPI/ staff appraisal/disciplinary and evaluation process together with the management.
- Ensure HR practices are followed and in compliance to all requirements of Government regulations
- Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to Human Resources
- Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks by Manager when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience is required
- Strong spoken and written skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be well-versed with Malaysian Labour Laws
