Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Klinik Hello Doctor, located in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR management, coordinate HR operations, maintain employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, handling grievances, managing payroll and benefits, and ensuring that policies and practices align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management, including recruitment, performance management, and manpower planning
  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations and proven ability to execute processes like payroll, benefits administration, and compliance monitoring
  • Experience in managing Employee Relations, including handling grievances and fostering a positive workplace culture
  • Understanding and implementation of HR Policies, including development and alignment with local labor laws and company goals
  • Formal qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, such as a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related area
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to a dynamic environment
  • Experience in the healthcare or service sector is a plus
