Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including managing HR information systems (HRIS), administering benefits, assisting in HR management tasks, managing and ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing, and developing effective reward strategies that support employee motivation, compliance, and organizational goals. This role balances operational excellence with strategic input in compensation and benefits design. Investigate misconduct cases, issue warnings or show-cause letters, and coordinate Domestic Inquiries (DI) as needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits
- Skills in Payroll
- Skill in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
