**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparation of hiring documentation, ie offer letter, employee personal information and etc.
- Manage and maintain employee database.
- Leave management - aware of overall employee attendance, monitoring and managing leave records.
- Gather employee information from various sources and enter it into our database (data entry)
- To manage office administration and operation activities such as pantry supplies, office equipment, stationery, and other related purchases.
- To work on other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to handle and work in a pressure environment.
- Process and manage payroll for employees, including calculating and recording time worked, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax and other regulatory reports related to payroll.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues and addressing concerns from employees.
- Maintain and update HR / company policies and procedures.
- To handle general administrative duties.
- To assist on any other ad-hoc assignments.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 2-3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, and a willingness to develop & learn new skills.
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally.
- Positive & proactive attitude toward work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
