**Position**: HR Assistant Cum Admin
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday
:Rotational Saturday
**Working Time **:9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

: 9am - 1 pm (Saturday)
- Perform office documentation & Scanning.
- Any assign ad hoc task from Management.
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Responsible for daily administration, office management and maintain general files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource function which includes recruitment, compensation benefit, payroll, training, employee relation, industrial relation etc
- Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Support the execution of HR practice and procedures
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assist in payroll preparation

**Job Requirement**:

- Preferred SPM/Diploma in HR/Administration or other business-related field preferred
- Female and single.
- Familiar and excellent with Microsoft Office.
- Good attitude and hardworking.
- Can work under pressure
- At least 1 year experience as HR practitioner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**:RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturday

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

- Bandar Botanic, Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Pay**:RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturday

- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
