About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR cum Admin professional to join our dynamic team at SD Dynamic Global Sdn.Bhd' in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the HR and administrative functions of our organisation, playing a crucial part in supporting our continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and providing administrative support to the team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR and employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters
- Continuously look for ways to streamline processes and improve the overall employee experience
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR cum Administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for supporting the growth and success of the organisation
