**Key responsibilities**:

- Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders to develop long-lasting relationships.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and continuously expand the relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, with the goal of providing the best service and resolving any issues and problems faced by customers.
- Work closely with internal parties to ensure smooth delivery of services in a timely manner.
- Conduct sales forecasts and prepare reports to support the Company’s commercial performance.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

**Key requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, key account management. A proven track record as a Key Account Executive/Manager is highly advantageous. Any prior working experience in healthcare/dealing with doctors is a plus.
- Must be able to travel frequently around your assigned area i.e. possess your own vehicle and a valid license.
- Based in KK, need to travel to Kota Marudu & Kudat every 2wks (stay 1night usually, but dependent on needs. Hotel claimable for stays.)
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with doctors, hospital personnel, laboratory professionals.
- Driven by sales targets and passionate to deliver solutions based on customer needs.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
