Perform and support any other general administrative duties to the departmental as and when required by the immediate supervisor.
- To serve and ensure details of visitor are well recorded in the record book.
- To identify item required, purchase with cost comparison.
- To follow up and check all invoices and utilities bill and process payment accordingly.
- To update asset register.
- Renewal of road tax and insurance for the company vehicles.
- Assist to place the uniform / stationeries to the assigned location properly.
- Office management including maintenance and cleanliness of office.
- To perform any ad-hoc assignment/duties as and when required by Management from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
