**Job Scope**:

- **Technical Support**: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems, hardware, and software used by the company.
- **Database Management**:Help manage and improve the HR database, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- **System Integration**:Support the integration of new software tools to enhance HR processes and operations.
- **IT Administration**:Assist in day-to-day IT administrative tasks, including system backups, user account management, and ensuring smooth network operations.
- **Security**: Help monitor and ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect sensitive company data.
- **Reporting**:Assist in generating IT performance reports and identifying areas for improvement in system functionality.
