**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Account Assistant (Bookkeeping) (Temporary)**to support our in-house accounting functions. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with invoicing, reconciling accounts, and supporting month-end reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices and processing payments
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Prepare simple financial reports and support month-end closing
- Organize and maintain accounting documents and files
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Autocount or similar)
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Certificate in Accounting or Finance
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
