**Role Overview**
We are seeking a meticulous and innovative **Supply Chain Executive** to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth product flow, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and managing logistics and shipping arrangements. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Compliance & Certifications**:

- Liaise with suppliers to secure essential product certifications, including SIRIM, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) and MCMC, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain thorough documentation for certifications and ensure timely renewals to avoid disruptions in product availability.

**2. Strategic Inventory & Rebate Management**
- Manage inventory performance, tracking stock movement, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee backend rebate systems, including accurate tracking and claiming of supplier rebates such as discounts, purchase rebates, and marketing support.
- Optimize backend coordination to improve cost efficiency and operational smoothness.

**3. Logistics & Shipping Management**
- Coordinate and manage logistics and shipping arrangements to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and warehouse teams to streamline transportation and delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in transit.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and maintain accurate shipping documentation.

**4. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting**
- Prepare monthly purchase forecasts and inventory control reports to provide a clear overview of stock health.
- Conduct detailed aging stock analysis and implement strategies to address slow-moving or obsolete inventory effectively.
- Provide performance insights on sales volume, stock movement, and profitability to support informed decision-making.

**5. Continuous Learning & Innovation**
- Stay updated on emerging smart home and IoT technologies to align product offerings with market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce innovative ideas that enhance our leadership in the smart living industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
