**Installation and Setup**:

- Install and repair products in customers' homes or business locations, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
- **Maintenance and Repairs** - Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on machines, including vacuum cleaners, and other related devices.
- **Troubleshooting**:

- Identify and troubleshoot issues with products, providing effective solutions and recommendations to restore functionality.
- **Customer Interaction** - Communicate with customers to understand their issues, explain technical problems and solutions, and provide guidance on product use and maintenance.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- **Parts Management** - Order and manage replacement parts and supplies as needed, ensuring timely availability for repairs.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all safety standards and industry regulations while performing repairs and installations.
- **Ad Hoc Tasks** - Perform additional tasks as requested by the manager.
- **Stock Arrangement** - Assist in organizing and arranging stock inventory, including parts and equipment, ensuring that items are stored properly and are easily accessible.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
