Homestay Customer Service

Location near PWTC.
Internship compensation RM 600 - RM 800

**Requirement**:

- Required language(s): Fluent in spoken/written **English** and **Mandarin**:

**Scope of work**:

- Attending to guests online and phone inquiries.
- Organise maintenance tasks with in-house technician.
- Cleaning and housekeeping supervising in homestay.
- Miscellaneous administrative and reporting tasks.

**Tasks include**:
(a) Engaging, training, discharging, organising and supervising technicians, cleaners and other housekeeping staff;
(b) Purchasing or controlling the purchase of supplies;
(c) Controlling storage and issue of supplies;
(d) Supervising general welfare and conduct of housekeeping staff.
