About the role

We are seeking a Homestay operation associate to join our team at Feel Home Malaysia Sdn Bhd' in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and managing the day-to-day operations of our homestay accommodation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and communicate with guests in a professional, passionate, and helpful manner, reflecting Feel Home's service values.
  2. Address guest complaints, requests, and issues with empathy and professionalism, resolving them promptly.
  3. Assist with booking inquiries, reservations, and cancellations, ensuring all guest information is accurately documented.
  4. Coordinate with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are cleaned on schedule. Providing recommendations and information to guests about local attractions and activities
  5. Record and report any cleanliness or maintenance issues in the homestay.
  6. Maintain accurate records of guest feedback, bookings, and incidents, and support reporting requirements as needed.
  7. Greet guests during check-in/check-out and handle any emergency matters when necessary.

  8. Able to work on shift :

  9. Morning shift (9.30am-6.30pm)

  10. Afternoon Shift (4pm-1.00am)
  11. Middle Shift (10.30am-7.30pm)

What we're looking for

  1. Candidates with relevant experience and a valid driving license will be given priority.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Able to stay composed under pressure and handle issues effectively.
  4. Proficient in basic computer applications.
  5. Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin being mandatory as we frequently serve customers from China.)
  6. Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is an added advantage.
