- what's the tldr -

Operations & Community Associate leads our driver and part timer community initiatives - covering onboarding new drivers and part timers, managing current ones, monitoring performances and providing community support. The associate will be responsible for growing the community and fostering effective communication and addressing any community concerns.

- what's the requirement -

We're looking for full-time basis based on the following:

• You have 1 to 2 years experience in user management/acquisition in relevant roles and industries.
• A background in operations with hands on experience in customer service is a plus.
• NOTE: Looking for KL/Selangor-based only.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (especially in Malay and English), resourceful (able to strategise different channels on acquiring drivers and part timers), focused and goal-oriented.

- what's the scope -

• To strategically acquire users to grow the current driver base and encourage sign ups for upcoming campaigns and are on-boarded following our SOPs and requirements.
• To ensure the user and user experience are always prioritised in all development work and deliverables.
• To help with the day-to-day operational requirements for car advertising campaign success and onground event management.
• To be a proactive team player that constantly discusses and contributes ideas, collaborates with the team to identify, and fix technical problems, and always highlighting possible issues during development, if any.
• To carry out work and assignments as a team and ensure milestones are timely met.
• To be ready to learn anything when that particular skill is needed to get the task done.
