Job Description:

- Provide administrative support to the CEO and Director, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as requested, such as booking travel arrangements, making reservations, and shopping.
- To drive to any destination requested by Employer i.e. from/to home/office/places of appointments.
- To ensure the safety of the CEO & Director and the passenger who are travelling with him in the vehicle.
- To travel and drive long distance as and when required.
- Safely drive the employer’s relatives, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer
- Carry out routine checking of the vehicle to ensure it is always in good condition.
- Savvy in using WhatsApp, Waze and Google Map.
- Good driving skills and clean traffic records.
- Well discipline with good and pleasant personality.
- To ensure the vehicle well-maintained by regular servicing, cleaning, washing, polishing and etc.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time by management

Job requirements:

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must possess valid Driving License ‘Class D’.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia or English.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,567.59 - RM1,800.00 per month
