**Job Description Summary**
Support the Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul (MRO) Standards Leader with execution of Standard network model KPI's. The point of contact (POC) at your located site for standardization. Identifying process improvement opportunities and best practice sharing throughout the overhaul and repair shops. Works with cross functional teams. Be the change agent in driving the Standards network model at your located site.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Be the critical standardization leader on site identifying opportunities to standardize and improve efficiency of the delivery metrics.
- Perform data analytics and comparisons of overhaul and repair shops data
- Devise change management strategies and implementation plan to setup the standard work model.
- Engage with lean leaders on eliminating the waste standard processes
- Work with the Digital team to digitize and automate the standard processes
- Influence the experts in the network to build a globally acceptable process for the standard network elements
- Influence the shops, cross functional teams in C&S for better outcomes and be an advocate and work towards adoption of standard work
- Be a site change agent for future evolutions of solution.
- Drive cost savings at repair shops
- Define an effective communication process to communicate changes in standards
- Introduce measurements where changes are made and measure against the change
- Conduct regular audits at your located site for measurement against standards

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 5+ years of manufacturing process management experience (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of manufacturing process management experience).
