**RAWANG, SELANGOR**

Job Functions:

- To monitor machine downtime and reduce machine unscheduled down time.
- To carry out preventive maintenance to reduce unnecessary breakdowns.
- To monitor and control the consumption of maintenance items and stock check monthly.
- To ensure the machine performance in safe and good condition to be operated.
- To list out the critical parts of the machine and seek management approval for parts ordering or prepare alternate solution.
- To ensure all the equipment complies with JKKP and DOE requirements.
- To ensure all document and records are well-kept and well-maintained to meet the Quality Management System ISO 9001 requirement.
- To assist in checking, repairing all mechanical, wiring and electrical equipment and machines.
- To ensure safety of the workers are being taken care of.
- To highlight any breakdown irregularities, problems, weaknesses, and recommendations for improvements and any related issue.
- Any other duties including from any departments and/or subsidiaries of Prestar Group that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Requirements:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Possess initiative and good analytical ability.
- 1-2 years industrial experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
