To assist Building Manager and Senior Property Manager in Management Office Operations
- To assist Building Manager on imposing the ‘House Rules’ and other regulations included ‘Strata Title Act 1985’ (Act 318) and ‘Strata Management Act 2013’ (Act 757).
- To assist Building Manager on supervising the daily duties of management / technical staff and ensure their performance meets with standard requirements.
- To ensure and monitor daily, weekly and monthly preventive and maintenance checklist and submit to HQ’s Operations
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): MS Office, computer skill, presentation, Strata Management Act 2013
- Preferably Executive / Supervisor specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Multiple locations : Kuala Lumpur and Selangor

**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
