As a Maintenance you will help to ensure the smooth running of our facilities and improve the user experience by performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repairs. Your work will be critical in ensuring that our facilities are both safe and effective, and that they meet the standards required by our users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing appliances, and replacing light bulbs.
- Carry out inspections to identify any issues or problems with our facilities.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment or fixtures.
- Develop and maintain reports on work completed and any recurring issues.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Keep the facilities clean and well-maintained.
- Follow safety procedures at all times.
- Support other members of the team as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a maintenance or repair role preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify issues or problems.
- Understanding of safety protocols.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work on ladders or in confined spaces.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard hours as needed.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
