**Job Description**:

- Technician for Die preparation equipment
- Knowledgeable in the Taping, Back Grinding, Wafer Dicing, Die Separator, laser cut and AOI equipment.
- Able to hands on and provide systematic problem analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems and 5 why analysis
- Be available for overtime work when needed
- Must be able to work in 12 hours shift.
- Experience in PM and major down troubleshooting
- MTBA improvement
- Experience in spare management

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic / Mechatronic or Equivalent.
- 5+ years of equipment engineering experience in Die preparation equipment
