**Position: Human Resource Cum Admin**
**Location**: Shah Alam, Selangor
**Salary**: RM2,000 - RM2,500
**Working Hours**: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday
**Job Overview**
Seeking an organized and proactive HR cum Admin professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative tasks to support business operations effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screenings, interviews, and hiring
- Conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new employees smoothly into the organization
**2. HR Policies & Compliance**
- Develop, review, and update HR policies to comply with labor laws and company objectives
- Create and maintain SOPs for HR functions and employee-related processes
**3. Employee Training & Development**
- Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
**4. Employee Relations & Engagement**
- Foster a positive work environment through communication and engagement initiatives
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
**5. Administrative Support**
- Manage employee contracts, records, and HR documentation
- Collaborate with departments to align recruitment offers with market standards
**6. Continuous Improvement**
- Regularly evaluate and enhance HR processes to meet business needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best HR practices
**Requirements**:
- Strong understanding of HR policies, recruitment, and labor laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
