Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Business Development based on research findings.
- Lead Generation: Work closely with the business development team to generate qualified leads through various marketing channels and campaigns. Develop lead generation strategies, implement lead nurturing programs, and monitor conversion rates.
- Collateral Development: Create marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales materials, to support business development efforts. Ensure the materials effectively communicate the value proposition and key messages to the target audience.
- Brand Management: Collaborate with the Head of Business Development to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing initiatives. Ensure that the brand guidelines are followed in all marketing communications.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Prepare regular reports for the Head of Business Development, highlighting key insights, ROI, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong communication and collaboration with the business development team. Regularly coordinate with them to understand their needs, provide marketing support, and align marketing efforts with their objectives.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, industry influencers, and other stakeholders to support marketing and business development efforts. Identify opportunities for partnerships or collaborations that can drive business growth.
- Industry Trends Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and industry developments. Share relevant insights with the Head of Business Development to inform strategic decision-making.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
