**About the Role**

This is a full-time role to support retail operations of our Steve Madden JPO store by providing excellent customer service and achieving the sales goals.

**Job Scope**
- The Retail Associate will act as a Brand Ambassador and be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer service experience to delight the customers.
- Support the day-to-day store operations including retail sales, stocks management, cashiering and any other tasks as instructed by the Store Leader.
- Strive to achieve individual and store sales target through excellence in store KPIs - Conversion rate, UPT & ATV.

**Requirements**:

- Friendly, confident personality and good communication skills to engage with customers.
- Able to speak English & Malay. Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Min 1 year retail experience is required.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- 7 Off-days per month.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
