What you'll be doing?

  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information and recommendations, helping customers find the perfect products to meet their needs.
  • Sales Drive: Actively engage with customers and promote products to achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately handle sales using the store's POS system, ensuring smooth and efficient customer checkouts.
  • Store Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishing shelves to ensure product availability.
  • Customer Care: Handle inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless store operations and achieve collective goals.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Minimum SPM or Diploma in Retail, Business, or related field preferred. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
