Location: Pavilion KL / The Gardens Mall / Sunway Pyramid / Sogo Mid Valley Southkey JB / Setia City Mall / Sunway Velocity

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Sales with Style: Engage with customers to understand their needs, offer personalized styling tips, and help them find pieces they'll love.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Create a warm, welcoming, and high-touch shopping experience that reflects our brand values.
  • Manage Daily Store Operations: Handle opening and closing procedures, process sales transactions, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations when working independently.
  • Maintain Store Presentation: Keep the store organized, beautifully merchandised, and fully stocked.
  • Build Client Relationships: Develop lasting connections with customers through attentive service and follow-up.
  • Stay Fashion-Forward: Keep up to date with trends, new arrivals, and styling ideas to share with customers and teammates.

Who You Are:

  • You have previous retail or fashion sales experience (boutique experience a plus).
  • You're passionate about women's fashion and confident in offering styling advice.
  • You're sales-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • You have strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
  • You're reliable, responsible, and available to work a flexible schedule (including weekends).
