Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain store presentation, and help drive sales to achieve company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, promotions, and store policies.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately.
  • Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean and well-presented.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Assist with inventory checks and stock management.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, friendly, and approachable personality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift hours.
