Orobianco Asia is seeking a enthusiastic and dedicated Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our store within the SEIBU Department Store TRX in Kuala Lumpur. As a Luxury Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales for our premium international fashion brands. This is a full-time position based in our Kuala Lumpur store.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Demonstrating expert product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Assisting with stock management and replenishment processes
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a luxury retail or premium fashion sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to make knowledgeable recommendations
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising
  • Fluency in English , Bahasa Malaysia, additional languages an advantage
