About the Role

As a Luxury Retail Associate, you are the face of the brand — embodying elegance, confidence, and professionalism. You will deliver an exceptional client experience by connecting authentically with customers, showcasing strong product knowledge, and representing the heritage and style of the Maison.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service and personalized experiences to every customer.
  • Demonstrate strong brand and product knowledge to engage clients meaningfully.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets while upholding brand standards.
  • Ensure impeccable store presentation and visual merchandising at all times.
  • Support boutique operations including stock management, packaging, and POS transactions.
  • Contribute as a team player to maintain a positive and collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and able to carry the brand image with poise.
  • Passionate about fashion, luxury, and delivering meaningful service experiences.
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM5,000.00 per month
