Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and polished Client Advisor to join our team at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, results-driven, and thrives in a high-end fashion environment. You will play a key role in cultivating strong client relationships, driving sales, and upholding the brand's heritage of elegance and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on personalized styling and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through clienteling and exceptional service
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs
  • Maintain deep knowledge of product lines, brand heritage, and seasonal collections
  • Ensure store displays and visual merchandising align with brand standards
  • Handle sales transactions, exchanges, and after-sales service with professionalism
  • Support VIP events, product launches, and other in-store client engagement activities
  • Represent the brand with the highest level of professionalism and grooming standards

Requirements:

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or premium customer service
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and styling
  • Well-groomed with a keen interest in luxury fashion and trends
  • Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
