Client Advisor

We are looking for a driven and client-focused Client Advisor to join our team at StashAway Malaysia. This role is instrumental in growing our premium customer segment by delivering personalised financial guidance, building lasting relationships, and driving AUM growth. The candidate will be on the front lines of redefining how people manage their wealth through digital platforms. The candidate will report directly to the Deputy Country Manager to strategize and execute AUM impacting initiatives.

• Grow Assets Under Management (AUM) from existing and new customers through a combination of activities:
• Acquire new clients through existing network, events, financial health checks, and other proactive outreach efforts
• Deliver financial advice and investment solutions tailored to clients' goals through in-depth fact-finding.
• Build long-term relationships by offering exceptional service and regular portfolio reviews.
• Leverage client referrals to grow the customer base and build trust within the community.
• Convert leads from our database by setting up appointments and guiding them through the onboarding journey.
• Position StashAway as the primary investment platform by communicating the platform's value and technology.

• Lead growth initiatives, such as client acquisition campaigns, targeted wallet-share campaigns or segment-specific product rollouts.
• Experiment with data-driven outreach strategies to convert high-potential leads into loyal investors.
• Design creative engagement campaigns that drive referrals and build long-term trust with our most valuable clients.
• Partner with marketing and product teams to shape client journeys and co-create content that resonates with investors.
• Host exclusive client events and workshops to connect with premium investors and build a strong StashAway community.

• Drive consistent AUM growth across the premium client base.
• Build trust and rapport with clients to achieve long-term retention and advocacy.
• Ensure every client receives timely, jargon-free, and effective financial support.
• Champion exceptional client experience throughout the investment journey.
